Fuss Free One Pot Stew

Fuss Free One Pot Stew A bowl full of goodness all added up to create a Fuss Free One Pot Stew with a Crusty dough bowl.

INGREDIENTS
  • 500grams Stewing Steak
  • 4 large Pork Sausages browned
  • 1 large Onion Chopped
  • 2 large Carrots Chopped
  • 1 handful Fine Green Beans trimmed and halved
  • 1 each Green and Red pepper de-seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 medium Sweet Potato Peeled and Cubed
  • 1 large Crushed Garlic Clove
  • 6 small Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 3 Beef Stock in 1/2 litre boiling water
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder

METHOD

Simply combine all ingredients in a casserole dish , place on high heat until bubbling then lower heat and cook for two hours.

Season to taste and remove bay leaf before serving.

(Alternatively this can be cooked in a slow cooker )
